Tabung
CNG Cylinder tabung tipe 1, 2 and 3
Type 1: This is an all metal - cylinder made of steel. There is no covering, other than paint, on the outside of the cylinder. This is the most common type of cylinder.
Type 2: This is a metal cylinder (steel or aluminum) with a partial wrapping that goes around the cylinder. The wrapping is usually made of glass, aramid or carbon, contained in an epoxy or polyester resin.
Products
Converter kit yang digunakan menggunakan system sequential injection. Ini sangat menguntungkan karena injector akan menyemprotkan gas ke ruang bakar sesuai kebutuhan. Semua system ini diatur oleh sebuah control unit yang mendapat input dari berbabagai sensor, seperti oxygen sensor, rpm, map sensor, engine coolant sensor, dll.

Lubang pengisian gas, didalamnya terdapat system one way valve, sehingga gas tidak akan keluar pada sat pengisian / pengoperasian.
TABUNG GAS
Tempat penyimpanan gas CNG atau LGV/VIGAS
Multi valve
Terdiri dari 2 atau lebih valve yang befungsi mengetahui dan menjaga tekanan pada tabung
Reducer dengan sensor
Merupakan jantung dari kit ini yang berfungsi menurunkan tekanan dari tabung hingga berkisar antara 6 - 12 bar sesuai kebutuhan mesin, serta memberikan informasi temperature mesin ke control unit.
Filter dengan sensor
Menyaring kotoran yang mungkin masuk kedalam system dan memberikan informasi tekanan pada intake manifold.
Injector
Berfungsi untuk meyemprotkan gas keruang bakar dengan jumlah yang tepat ke setiap cylinder.
Switch
Dalam switch ini terdapat beberapa indicator antara lain: tombol ON/OFF, lampu level indicator, buzzer warning.
Control unit
Menerima signal dari sensor yang tesedia dan menprosesnya, sehingga system berjalan seperti dengan menggunakan bahan bakar minyak.

CNG Cylinder tabung tipe 1, 2 and 3

Type 3: This type of cylinder is fully wrapped with the same kind of material used for the partial wrapping of a Type 2 cylinder. This type of cylinder has a metal liner usually aluminum.
Type 4: This type of cylinder is fully wrapped with the same kind of material used for the partial wrapping of a Type 2 cylinder. This type of cylinder has a plastic liner.- Tabung LGV terbagi 2 tipe:
- Tabung Toroidal : Mempunyai kapasitas 42 liter
- Tabung Cylinder : Mempunyai kapasitas 48 liter dan 58 liter
