DESCRIPTION OF THE CNG SYSTEM
A phased sequential CNG injection system designed for 3 to 8 cylinder engines, including turbo and Valvetronic engines. Integrated components to minimize space and reduce installation time. Advanced, compact and reliable electronics. Simple and intuitive user interface to reduce calibration times.
1. CNG Filling valve: device through which the cylinder is filled.
2. CNG Tank: tank for CNG in compresed gaseous state.
3. Cylinder Valve: allows CNG into and out of the tank.
4. Reducer: device through which the gas pases and reduces to working presure.
5. Filter: filters gas.
6. Injector Rail: injects the correct amount of CNG into each cylinder.
7. Changeover Switch: allows user to change between gas and petrol and indicates level of gas in the tank.
8. Gas ECU: receives signals from various sensors and calculates the amount of gas to be injected.
